Print, cut, host: what is in your pack?

Turn the downloaded PDF into a simple set of materials for the room.

The pack contains three kinds of pages: a host run of show, activity cards, and numbered participant tickets. Everything is generated in your browser, so you can download and print without creating an account or entering attendee names.

Pick A4 or US Letter

Choose the paper you actually have before building the pack. The PDF uses that page size throughout. Print one-sided, in portrait orientation. Ordinary paper is enough; heavier paper can make reusable cards easier to handle. Colour is optional because the written labels carry the instructions.

Keep the run of show intact

The opening page is your reference for the event. It includes the preparation list, minute-by-minute agenda and numbered group assignments. For larger groups, assignments can continue onto another host sheet. Keep these sheets together rather than cutting them up.

Sort cards by group and round

Each activity card is labelled with a group number and round number. Cut along the rectangular outlines, then make one stack for each group. Put round one on top. Every group gets the same round prompt so the host can explain it once to the room.

Mix participant tickets

Cut the tickets and mix them before handing them out. The participant number helps you refer to an assignment without recording a name. A group number tells the person where to go. Make simple table signs if the room is large enough that participants cannot easily find their group.

Do one quick read-through

Before people arrive, read every activity aloud to yourself. Confirm that the wording fits your group and that you can explain the closing step. Put aside any prompt that does not fit the situation. Participants should always be able to pass or join by listening.

If you change a setting, choose “Build my host pack” again before downloading. The preview and PDF then use the same version of your plan.
