GatherKit is a small, independent tool from Draconova for adults organising team gatherings and informal group activities. It turns a few practical choices into a complete printable host pack. The activities and guides are original editorial content. There is no live AI generation, account system or paid subscription.

What this version does

Build a complete icebreaker host pack for 6–40 adults: a timed agenda, balanced groups, original activity cards and printable participant tickets.

What to keep in mind

The plan is a starting point for your group. Read it before your event, adjust for accessibility and comfort, and allow participants to pass. The time allocations are a suggested schedule, not a guarantee about how a group will respond.

Built as a small public experiment

We are testing whether a focused tool can solve a recurring task well. This first release has no advertising, paid plan or account requirement. Feature availability may change as the tool is improved. Original downloadable materials created by the tool may be used for your own activities or work.
